Once you have settled from negotiated for purchase price and terms on purchase agreement, I will help to managing all process through entire transaction. Escrow is the process for entire transaction, also help for both of seller and buyer to complete the monetary and legal details in a smooth transaction. Escrow Officer is a neutral third party to manage whole escrow process, generally work for a title company. Title is the proof of ownership for a property. Escrow officer have to ensure all terms of the purchase agreement have been achieved before the transaction has closed. When those terms have been achieved then the escrow officer will require the funds to be released and instructs the title department to record this transaction at the County Recording Office, thereby closing escrow.
